And the dates run right up to the 420 holiday. Lineup includes AC/DC, Drake, DJ Snake and more. General Admission tickets are $375 and sold out on the website so you’ll need to search online for a way in.
Sweetwater 420 Fest, Centennial Olympic Park, 265 Park Avenue W Northwest, Atlanta, Ga., April 17-April 19. If you like to drink your mood enhancer as much as smoke it, then this festival might be a perfect lead-up to 420 day. Beer is king here, not weed and the 420 refers to the date their most popular beer was first brewed—April 20, 1997. Headliner acts include Snoop Dogg, Gov’t Mule, and The Floozies.
Official 420 Rally, Denver Civic Center Park, Broadway and Colfax Avenue, Denver, Co., April 18-April 19. While organizers hoped for a three day event to include April 20, a new event moratorium put in place on public spaces prevented them from expanding it. The party will still go on with Rick Ross headlining the event on Sunday, April 19 at 4:20 p.m. Other organizers have been trying to sidestep the moratorium with applications for political rallies so you may be able to get your march on at 4:20 on 4/20. Stay tuned.
Reefer Madness Reunion Concert, 54 Below, 254 W. 54th St., Cellar, New York, NY, April 19 and 20. Celebrate the 10th anniversary of this hit movie with a concert version featuring many of the original cast members as well as special guests. Tickets: $42-$100.
